This was our first visit to Ireland - what a wonderful experience. The cottage has been central to our enjoyment. We have family in Banbridge so the big round table was ideal for brunch and dinner. We look forward to our next visit to very aptly named Bramley Apple Cottage.

On the road outside Lurgan
there's a lovely wee place,
That sells pottery and coffee
and items trimmed with lace.
You can go there for holidays
Or just a weekend,
We can thoroughly recommend it
For we stayed there with friends.

After a long driving trip from Sterling, Scotland (with 3 kids) anywhere would have been good! But! Ballydougan was way beyond our imagination! It left us in awe. Accommodation was 1st class even down to having milk in fridge and biscuits waiting for us. Brilliant. Central for all our sight-seeing adventures. And we will be boasting about it for a long time until we return again very soon to visit family. A magical place to stay and Sean made us feel more than welcome.

We've had a lovely time at this cottage. Been many times to County Down and didn't know it was here. Now it's gladly somewhere we'll recommend. A very welcoming place to stay. Lovely Cottage and a very nice Coffee Shop providing meals as well. Sean and his staff were very helpful. We've stayed in quite a few cottages over Ireland and Bramley Apple has been the best equipped we've come across. The welcome pack was very much appreciated.

Our seventh visit to Ballydougan - and Dobsons Corner is the best yet. Car parking most convenient and welcome and hospitality cannot be beaten.

We found your accommodation on the internet and were really impressed by your service when booking. You have surpassed this with the welcome in Gaskins Grove. You have thought of everything. What a gem. We shall be back for a Christening and are so looking forward to it. The staff cannot so enough for you. Home away from home. Thank you.

When we grow old and grey sometimes all we have left are our memories - thank you for making our stay at Ballydougan so memorable.
It is a rare occasion, sadly to note, when we get to meet people who are so genuinely sweet and charismatic and we thank you for that as well.
This was my first visit to Ireland. The weather was beautiful, especially those overcast rainy days and the coolness of the breeze was so comforting. The Irish countryside is breathtaking.

We had a lovely time here. A great base for exploring.
This accommodation is unique - how many places could we visit on a self-catering basis and not pack our cases full of towels, sheets & the like?! Everything you could think of is provided and if it isn't, just ask!
Sean, don't change anything - you're onto a winner. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

It was my first time to the north, a part of the globe completely new to me. I was curious and tried to keep my heart, my eyes and my mind open- and I was not disappointed. The landscape was beautiful, the towns were interesting and the people were warm and friendly. There was always time for a chat and many a visitor came to see where I stayed and spent some time with me.
How glad was I to have such a beautiful and cosy surrounding like Bramley Apple Cottage. It felt like home, all of it and I will certainly return - I miss it already.
